Signature required for all orders
To ensure secure delivery of your purchase, a signature is mandatory for every parcel.
Please verify your full shipping address — including apartment or unit numbers — before completing your purchase. Address errors that result in undeliverable or returned parcels will incur additional reshipment fees, payable by the customer.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to lodge an investigation. Our team can provide supporting shipment documentation upon request.

All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.
Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are not included in product or shipping costs, and will be collected by the courier upon delivery to the customer.

All customs-related actions, including detention, seizure or destruction of goods, are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
